Printing photoshopped images

If my laser printer only prints black and white, will the printed photoshopped image also come out in black and white, or will the printed photoshopped image print exactly how it is shown in the app?

A black & white printer cannot print in color, so prints from Photoshop will be in black & white, as well as from any other application.

I suggest that you get an inkjet printer, which can print in color, and it will also print images with much better quality than a laser printer.

If your laser printer can only print black and white, your photos will all print in black and white due to that limitation of the printer

You didn't say if the image you have in Photoshop is in black and white or if it has color. If your printer can only print black and white and has no ink cartridges for color, it will print black and white and shades of gray.
