Pro features not available, Pro Account enabled

I have an Adobe Pro license but I cannot access the pro features on Photoshop Web - the crowns are all inaccessible. Please help! Thank you!

It looks like you have two accounts with the Adobe ID (email) used for the community. Both show you do not have an active subscription. Please reach out to your Admin. See this article: https://adobe.ly/48y3Hqz
