Problème de communication de Photoshop avec Creative cloud sur macOS

Bonjour, 

J'ai un problème  :  après avoir formaté mon ancien mac et avoir transféré ma sauvegarde time machine sur mon nouveau mac book pro ( 13 pouces 1 to 16 GO  Mac os Big sur ) lorsque j'essaie d'ouvrir photoshop le message suivant s'affiche : photoshop ne parvient pas à communiquer avec creatuve cloud sur bureau.. que puis je faire?

Hi,

 

We're sorry about the trouble with Photoshop. Did you transfer the application using the Time machine backup as well or did you install the apps using the Creative Cloud desktop app?

 

If you moved the application using the Time machine backup, try uninstalling the Creative Cloud desktop app along with Photoshop & re-install the apps to check if that helps. You can remove the applications using the Creative Cloud cleaner tool.
