Different color spaces (sRGB, Adobe RGB, ProPhoto).

Same number = different color in different color spaces.

That post seems almost curt for you; it probably still qualifies as the »Correct Answer«, but didn’t you usually post more elaborate explanations to these kind of queries?

Yeah, I was in a hurry, still am... 😉

There's probably an untagged file here too,  sounds like ARGB or PP viewed without color management.

In that case I hope I did not unduly distract you.

Could you please post a screenshot taken at View > 100% with the pertinent Panels (Toolbar, Layers, Channels, Options Bar, …) visible?

What is the image’s original Color Space?

Did you embed the profile when saving the jpg?

Google translate gives me this:

"I created an example banner for a site, I used a precise color code, so once the image I like,
I save it on my computer in jpeg. When I open this same image, the colors have become dull,
dark not pretty pretty :'(, but when I use the eyedropper, it shows me the same color code
hmm so I really don't understand what's going on happens. If ever I'm on Mac, on photoshop I use a resolution of 300 and the color mode is automatically RGB,
8 bits/channel."

Lets talk about reopning the image in Photoshop. [if you open in another application we need to know which one. AND it needs to be colour managed so it can read the embedded ICC document profile]

I'm betting this is a colourpace issue, as D.Fosse wrote different colourspaces produce
different visual appearances from the same RGB [or Hex] values.
If you embed the colour profile in the original document when saving, this will likely fix the issue

If you save as sRGB but with no embeded profile and open in Photoshop - with,
say, Adobe RGB (1998) set as default, then Adobe RGB (1998) will be used as document profile.
Hence the difference

I hope this helps
