Problème téléchargement photoshop sur iMac M1

Bonjour,

Je viens d'acquérir un Imac 24 pouces M1

Je suis sous Ventura 13.3.1

J'ai téléchargé l'application Creative Cloud sans problème.

Je veux maintenant installer les applications de mon abonnement. Je n'y arrive pas. Par exemple pour Photoshop l'installation se bloque aux envions de 60-70 %

Que puis-je faire ?

Sounds like we need a fresh start.

First uninstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

Then run the CC cleaner tool  http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

Restart your Mac after cleaning, then reinstall the cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud

and try again.

If it still stalls at the same point - how much free HD space available do you have?
