Problem after the payment

After the payment to reative the program I didn't receive the serial number that enables the unlock of the program. 
What can I do?

Serial numbers are not required for current Adobe Creative Cloud apps. You install the Creative Cloud app on your computer from Adobe.com. You have to login to that app with the id and password you used to purchase the programs. Login to the Adobe Creative Cloud app and you will be able to install all of the apps you are subscribed to. Always stay logged in so the app will continue to work.
