Hi,

What version of Photoshop are you using?

Can you give us a little more clarity about the problem? If what is happening started after installing the Topaz filters, I would suggest that you uninstall the filters and contact Topaz to see if an update is available for your version of Photoshop. This doesn't sound like a Photoshop bug from your post, but a Topaz issue.

It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.
