Problem in working Photoshop with Huion Kamvas pro 16

This is how it looks.. In Windows and Adobe Illustrator everything works fine, but in Photoshop it looks like mirror.

Can you help me?

Hi @Maria25204309v9e6 sorry to see that. Thank you for the video clearly showing what you are seeing. Do you have the latest driver for the Huion tablet?

Let's make sure we're in a default state and there are no stale settings somewhere:

Does it work correctly? 

If that doesn't solve it, you can quit Photoshop and put the Settings folder back. 

It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.
