Explorer ,
Oct 21, 2025 Oct 21, 2025

Hello,

System: Windows 11 / 64 bit  / 25H2 and graphic driver (Nvidia) are updated, have latest version.

If i choose/klick the function "remove tool/Entfernen-Werkzeug" PS/APP crashed down.

Following steps i have already tried but it doesn't work:

- Remove tool chage to "stable" in the settings

- Turn of the graphic use in the settings

- Tried it with different pictures .JPD/.PSD

Can you help me please? Any solutions? i would need that feature very often.

Thanks

Eva

Hi @EvaPL, thanks so much for reaching out!
Could you share your System Info with us? You can find it in Photoshop under Help > System Info. Just copy the details into a text file and attach it to your reply, or share it through Google Drive, WeTransfer, or any file-sharing platform you prefer.

In the meantime, as a first step, could you try resetting your Photoshop preferences? Here’s a guide you can follow:

Let me know how it goes, thanks!

@Aleke Hello, attached the system info.

In the meantime i tried to reset the peferences as shown in the Link...

Now the removal works 🙂 FINE!

A question: what is/was the issue?

A second question i have to you: if i use Photoshop, f.e. the KI-functions my Wlan the most time crashes down. I have to restart my Laptop and use the "LAN". That ist not so finde. My complete system has the latest drivers also WLAN.

Many thanks!

Eva
