Problem with free transformation menu

For some reason, there are some adjustments I cannot do on the 'free transformation' tool due to the lack of certain values on the menu. I don't know how to show them on my menu or why they are hidden.

I'm using Photoshop 2022 (in Spanish) from adobe cloud installed on my Mac.

 

This is my menu on the 'Free Transformation' tool, it doesn't show me H; V or Interpolation.

It looks like you might be transforming a smart object. When doing that the options bar is as shown in your top screenshot. Dave
