Problem with hand tool

Hello, I have a big problem with the hand tool. Everytime I use it it turns into mouse arrow (hope that makes sense) and photoshop freezes. I try to click on the other tools with my pencil but nothings works. I've tried to change the shortcut both on my xp pen and photoshop but nothing works.. This handtool is very useful so it bothers me a lot.. Does anyone have experienced that before? Do you have any solution? Thank you for your attention!

Hi @greenmatoki what version of Photoshop are you running?

A couple of things to try from previous posts related to this -

1. Go to Preferences/Tools and turn off "Overscroll".

2. If that does not work, go to Preferences/General and click the reset preferences button. Relaunch PS.

Hi @greenmatoki sorry to hear you are having issues.  Have you made sure your driver for the pen tool is updated?

It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.
