problem with installation

I have registered and payed for Photoshop. After installing Creative cloud I tried to install photoshop but the installation stops after 13% and does not continue. I have windows 10 and I already tried to unistall and start the procedure again. I need help with the installation

I had a similar issue. Make sure that you have all Windows updates that are available. The one thing that was causing it for me, believe it or not, was that I needed to do a clean installation of the latest Studio graphics driver from the NVIDIA website. After doing that and restarting, all was OK.
