Hi @antonisx93 I see you don't have any replies yet, sorry about that. Do you know when this cross-application scenario between Photoshop and InDesign started happening? Perhaps with version updates or other macOS system updates? Are you running Photoshop v24.1.1 and InDesign 18.1? Is the mouse cursor lagging-flashing when you have images open in Photoshop that are simultaneously placed into your open InDesign document? Or does this happen anytime Photoshop and InDesign are both open?

 

I am using Windows 10 and can't duplicate the issue. My reply will move your post back to the top of the board temporarily so hopefully some macOS users can check their systems.

This is a pretty old Mac issue that I haven't heard about in a while.

Two things to check -

1. In InDesign do you have GPU enabled? Preferences/GPU Performance

2. Is there an image open in Photoshop that is linked to the open InDesign document?
