Problem with opening files

Hello,

recently got a problem with opening all kinf of files (TIFF, JPEG, NEF). When I want to open file in photoshop it stops louading and I can see the workspace and in the background is the home screen. This also happens when I want to open from lightroom. I tried to change some file handling settings, disable to show the home screen, playing with performance, tried a few older versions, cleared caches and history and also reset all preferences but it does not seem to work. Also when I have the luck to open the file there are problems with creating mask etc. everything just working so slow. The picture of jammed loading is in attachment.

Go to preferences > Technology Previews... and check "Disable Native Canvas" - then restart Photoshop. Does the problem still occur?

Well I tried opening files in different ways and it seems that the problem is gone and PS is also working smooth like butter. Thank you very much my friend really apreciate it.
