problem with text in Photoshop

Hi! Can you help me, please? I started to learn how to use Photoshop. So I type the text, but this text in pixels. Can you tell me why it is so, and how to correct this?

Photoshop text is vector based, so can be resized without loss, but it is always displayed using the pixel dimensions of the main document that contains the text. It can't be displayed above that limit, after all Photoshop is a pixel editor.

Photoshop is a pixel-based progam. While it can contain some vectors (such as text), the final output will be pixels (unless saved as a PDF).
