Problema con tableta grafica

Buenos dias, tengo un problema con photoshop el cual se taba o se pega despues de un tiempo editando fotogragias con tableta grafica, por lo general me pasa cuando me acerco a la imagen y ocupo la herramienta de la mano para moverme en la fotografía, la imagen se detiene y no deja hacer nada, tenia una tableta huion h640p pense que era la tableta pero la cambie a una UGEE S640 Y  me pasa lo mismo, cabe destacar que con el mouse no se queda trabado, ya e actualizado los driver y finware de las tabletas y sigue el problema, tambien e instalado drivers anteriores y no pasa nada, necesito ayuda por favor.

Hi. Can you share whether this happens with other applications? Can you use touch to navigate on games or anything else, with the tablet? I ask, because the problem you describe appears to be more of a problem with the tablet and the driver (and thus, the need to contact Hauwei), than it does with Photoshop. But if it ONLY happens in Photoshop, we can continue to troubleshoot.
