Formatar meu MacBook;

Desinstalar e reinstalar o Photoshop;

Testar diferentes versões do software;

Usar o Adobe Cleaner para limpar a instalação;

Infelizmente, nenhuma dessas medidas resolveu o problema.

Atenciosamente,

Filipe Camargo

Hey, @Camargo220718952937. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I've moved your post to the Discussions.

I'll need more info to help you figure this out.

Do you see Photoshop in the Activity Monitor? Also, have you tried using Photoshop (beta)? Go to Creative Cloud > Apps section > Beta Apps tab.

Try these steps to get Photoshop to launch:

  • Reset Photoshop following only the second (manually) method from this article: https://adobe.ly/3DwR2qr
  • Ensure Photoshop has the required permissions on macOS: https://adobe.ly/3DyUwsz
  • Go to the following location to launch Photoshop via the terminal.
    In Finder > Application Folder > Photoshop 2025 Folder > Right-click on Photoshop.app > Show Package Contents > Contents > macOS > Lightroom - double click to open.

Share the log of what you see in the terminal window when Photoshop Launches.

Let me know how it goes.

Thanks!
