Problemas para arrastar e soltar fotos jpg. para dentro do fotoshop.

Toda vez que tento arrastar uma foto (JPG) para dentro do fotoshopo ela não vai. Estou usando o windows 11 Home, 64 bits, fotoshop versão 23.2.1.

Are you trying to drag and drop to the taskbar Photoshop icon, if so I believe it's broken/by design in Windows 11, it works fine for me on Windows 10, can you drag and drop from file explorer
