Probleme a l'ouverture d'une photo

bonjour

je ne peux pas ouvrir une photo de l'accueil au plan de travail, le systeme se bloque

a partir de lighroom je peux travailler normalement

ca arrive assez frequemment ce genre de bug

Hi @LYPHA, sorry to hear this. Thank you for submitting the crash report.  Do you know when Ps worked without crashing, what changes have you made to your OS or computer since then?

Let's make sure we're in a default state and there are no stale settings somewhere:

Does it work correctly? 

If that doesn't solve it, you can quit Photoshop and put the Settings folder back. 

It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.
