Problems accessing ICC Profile in Epson ET-15000

Hello:  I have installed an ICC profile and I am running Windows 10.  In Photoshop, other ICC profiles I have installed are available to choose under the print screen where it says "Printer Profiles>"  The new one I installed is however not available.  I did a search to see if it has a different name once installed and it doesnt but is installed in a file named C:\Windows\System32\spool\drivers\color

I noted that another ICC profile I installed previously is installed in that folder, yet it does appear as a choice on the print screen options under "Printer Profile."

I closed out Photoshop and reopened it, thinking the choice would magically appear for this ICC profile.  It did not and I am very frustrated.  I have no clue!  Please help.  Thank you.

Which version of Photoshop are you using? How did you install the profiles? From where did you download the profiles?

Did you try any troubleshooting steps so far?

Try holding the spacebar and going to files> print, and the print settings will automatically be reset; check if that helps.
