When I try to change the size of an image in Photoshop, part of the image becomes pixelated.

Any suggestions? It happens every time I try.

That's a video card issue.

What hardware are you using? Are your drivers up to date, and did the video card driver come from the card maker's website?

What operating system?
What Photoshop version?

What are your GPU acceleration settings in Preferences > Performance?

You can also try Deactivating Native Canvas.  Note you need to restart Photoshop for this to take effect

Thank you for your reply, Dennis!

I have tried your settings, but it didn't solve the problem.

I have Windows, Photoshop version

22.4.3 20210708.r.317 bb896cc  x64

Drivers are updated.

I never experienced this problem in Photoshop CS6, it happened when I started my Adobe Plan.
