Problems of using Topaz labs in photoshop

Hi everyone,

I have recently used Topaz Clean 3.0 and Denosie 6.0 to make GIFs. However, I have some problems with making the gifs. 

First, the pop ups continuously show up on my screen, and I feel it is not the normal case. Does anyone have solve these problems before? Is there any method to remove those pop up when I edit the video?

Also, I cannot export the GIF files using the web ones. Could I know if anyone has encountered this problem and how you resolved it? Thank you very much.
