problems placing images in a photoshop file

Community Beginner ,
Nov 06, 2024 Nov 06, 2024

Since 2 days I get this strange view when placing a pdf in a file in photoshop (2022). When I save the image, it looks normal, but when working in the file, the second smaller image is always visible.

Does anybody know how to return back to the normal view?

Thank you very much, Carolien van Mulken

Hey, @mevrouw vanmulken. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I'll help you figure this out.

Please share specific details, such as video recordings, including the Layers panel. Does this happen with specific documents?

Please send a sample project PDF to me via direct message on my profile.

Thanks!

Hello Sameer,

Thanks for your assistance. I reinstalled Photoshop and updated to psd 2025 and that solved the issue.

Kind regards, Carolien
