Problems saving

Hello,

I am having problems saving a file on photoshop 2024.

A week ago I started a project on photoshop, and this past days I been trying to open the file and was just not working it would open a option do solve it but when I clicked "solve it" it would take me to photoshop 2025.

Today I managed to open the file and edit some stuff, but now it does not let me save it, it just goes to photoshop 2025 went I click solve it.

How do I save the file on photoshop 2024.

I hope I can get some guidance, thank you.

• Which operating system are you using?

• A screenshot of the "Solve it" error message would be really helpful.

Can you provide us with more information? What do you do before "Solve it" is displayed? Can you describe the steps? Is it possible to capture some screenshots to illustrate the issue?

Have you installed both 2024 and 2025 on your machine? You open a file in Photoshop 2024, and when you click Save, it opens a dialogue? Can you capture that dialogue?

This is what shows up. When I try to open it it show that is like loading but then it just doesn't open.
