Problems with Photoshop library graphic

Since the last, or second to last, Photoshop update I'm having problems with the library. For example, when using downloaded artwork, the app does not locate the file's assets. This makes it impossible to edit the files and whenever I try to resize them or move elements to another file it appears. the following message: "Could not transform because the file was not found." Has anyone had the same problem or can help me?

Hey, @MahVicentini. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I'll need more info to help you figure this out.

Do you launch Photoshop from the Creative Cloud desktop app? Is this a personal machine, or does an IT team manage the device? If yes, ensure all the Adobe Network endpoints are whitelisted.

In the Creative Cloud app, press CMD+ OPT + T (MacOS) to launch Creative Cloud Troubleshooter. Select 'Close Creative Cloud and related processes' > and click on Go.

2- In Finder > Search for KeyChain > Clear all entries, certificates & secure notes related to Adobe.

3- Restart the computer. Sign in to Creative Cloud, launch Photoshop from Creative Cloud, and check if the issue exists.

Let us know if the error persists. Thanks!

Hello Sameer, how are you?
Firstly, thank you for the quick response! I did exactly the steps you described but unfortunately the problem persists! They are not in all files, just in some. And yes, I start PS action directly from the Creative Cloud app. I even tried to go back to an update version, because I had just updated the PS app, to test, but unfortunately it didn't work either.

Anyway, thanks for the help!

Thanks for sharing the updates. Please share the system information from Photoshop Help > System Info > Copy and paste it into a text document > Upload and attach it here.

Does the problem exist if you use Photoshop (beta) v26.3? Get Photoshop (beta) from the Apps section > Beta Apps in the Creative Cloud desktop app.

Can you identify the specific set of files that behave like this? Are these libraries shared or personal? Has this started to happen since a recent update of Photoshop?

Thanks!
