I purchased Adobe Photoshop in August 2023, then after a few days my laptop faced a few issues so I rested and reinstalled the OS. Then I went to Creative Cloud and searched for Photoshop it showed the BUY NOW option. At first, I just left it. Then September 12th, 2023 I got charged 1675 from Adobe Photoshop, still I haven't received my photoshop software.

Did you purchase Photography plan or One app plan?

When you log in into CC app does it show "Install" next to any other application?

Hi @Rajan Siva you don't "receieve" your Photoshop software - you have to download it via the Creative Cloud desktop app.

Down the Creative Cloud desktop app: https://www.adobe.com/creativecloud/desktop-app.html and log in using your email address/Adobe ID.

Once logged in you should see your apps available for download on the Apps tab.
