Program can't save(updated version of file) because of Program error

I can't save an update to a Photoshop file, this didn't happen until the latest update and I thought going back a version may help but, the problem is still happenning. Also since the update it has been displaying this when opening Photoshop even though everything is synced and connected in Adobe Creative Cloud:

Hi, have you also tried uninstalling Adobe Photoshop via Creative Cloud Cleaner tool?
