Program error

It keeps saying "Could not save the file because of a program error". So I tried everything listed on this page

the message is still appeared. The version of the photoshop is 23.0.2 and it happened before I updated so I don't think it's a matter of the version.

We're sorry for the program error issue. Which macOS version you are on now? Are you seeing this with some specific file formats? Please share the diagnostics logs with us?

I'm using macOS Big Sur 11.5.2 and the current version of photoshop is 23.0.2 of Photoshop 2022. It only occurs when I save the file to psd format.

You should probably post some information about your environment  hardware model mac and software macOS and Photoshop versions.   Is your GPU supported? Menu Help>GPU Compatibility Preferen performance.
