Program stops responding after using for a session

The only way to continue working is to uninstall and re-install the program. Otherwise I cannot open a new page, or exisitng document or make changes to the size of  page... Extremely frustrating!!

It is happening the same thing here. (Windows 10)

I tried going back to a previous version. I unistalled every single app + the cloud connector. I reinstalled only photoshop. 
App opened just once and that's it. Beyond frustration!
