project is blurry

I uploaded very clear and high quality images to adobe photoshop online, and the project appears blurry even when i download it to my computer. the project is useless like this, please help asap so i can prevent these mistakes! thanks in advance

Blurry images in the Photoshop online editor are most likely caused by a low-resolution image. 

Did you save the file to cloud storage? 

Was it compressed & saved as JPG?

Check the image file's resolution of your original and your copy.

these are the pixels of the original image. 

I want to open a blank 8x16 inch document in photoshop and upload several photos to arrange. What should i select when i choose the custom properties?

Custom canvas size:

Whatever you place inside it will have to be scaled to fit your 1200px canvas width. 

For this reason, I would use Smart Objects which permit you to edit image files non-destructively. See below for more on Smart Objects.
