I've only had photshop for 5 days and I've only been able to create one project because the app will not allow me to create another file. I'll click create file and nothing happens. I've looked into it and I've seen other people with the same problem. I've tried fixes, but nothing has worked yet. I'm using a Mac air, macOS 15.3.2. This is quite frustrating because I was on a free trial and now I feel it's been wasted.. Any suggestions??
1. Open photoshop
2. Go to left hand corner to hover over 'New File'
3. I click 'New File'
4. The new document tab opens. Canvas sizes appear, it asks for preset details and everything else on the right.
5. I go to click 'Create'
6. My mouse turns into a loading icon
7. Nothing.
My previous project I can open but I cant create a new one.

Please describe exactly what you're doing, step by step, and what happens (or not).
Can you open a file in the normal way - File > Open, or double-clicking from your file browser or Bridge?
