I have just done the update to 24.3.0

When I load an image, the screen goes crazy and strobes/flashes bright white the frequency of the strobe increases with movement of the mouse.  I turned off 'Use Graphics Processor" and the problem goes away but performance is compromised.

When I roll back to the previous version, all is OK.

OS is Win10.  Video card is NVIDEA GeForce GT 730 using the latest drivers.

Had exactly the same problem, with a GTX750Ti.  This fixed it.  Thanks @Ged_Traynor !

GT, you are the man! I uninstalled & reinstalled the Creative Cloud Desktop and every single application and then reinstalled. No change. Your preference setting resolved the issue. THANK YOU Sir.
