PS 24.4.1 & PS Beta 24.5.0 telling me to update. CC says incompatible with Win10. I'm on Win11

I've been using PS 24.4.1 and PS Beta 24.5.0 on Windows 11 V 22H2. Mo problems.
Now, a message pops up in Photoshop and tells me to update.
CC shows new versions PS 24.5 and PS Beta 24.6 But both have  "Not Compatible" instead of install.
If I click on that it says I must update Windows 10 to V 22H2.  I'M on Windows 11!
So I can't install any updates.

Hi @Steven28303133vdx5 go to one of your installed Photoshops, Help Menu/System Info and copy/paste details in a reply. Post only once as the system takes time to process the large amount of data. It could be that your computer is truly not compatible. Its not just the OS.

Hi @Steven28303133vdx5 Your Graphics 750 is not compatible with more recent Photoshop builds. Specifically the minimum recommended speed is 2000 ops/sec, yours comes in under 800. Also it requires DirectX 12 (feature level 12 or higher) and yours does not support that 750 is feature level 11.

You will not be able to run current Photoshop builds with this old of a GPU. You can choose to stay on the previous builds with this hardware or upgrade to continue updating PS.

My graphics are in the CPU. It's not that old. It was bought after Windows  11 came out. It had the best CPU, Memory and everything else at the time. So I have to get a new computer just for PS? I'll find something else I guess.

You can try updating your graphics card - it's almost 2 years old.

Updating your GPU may bring it back in line with Compatiblity. It appears there was an update that allowed for 12_1 feature level compatibility back in 2022.

I downloaded a new driver from ASUS and installed it. PS & PS Beta were able to update. Thanks!!

I'm on windows 11 and have a similar issue where it is saying my CPU is not compatible when I KNOW IT IS....
