PS 24.5 Mac system requirements

System requirements are a bit unclear.

I have a 2019 Intel MacBook Pro at work running Monterey. The system requirements page lists Big Sur as required but I got a warning popup at first run recommending MacOS 13.4 or later. Photoshop does seem to run fine, hopefully this isn't heading toward the end of Intel Mac support.

With the imminent release of Sonoma, is Big Sur going to be removed from support?

Also, the listing is incorrect, it says "Big Sur 13.4" and should be "Ventura 13.4" and the verbiage is unclear.

Hi @Lumigraphics Adobe doesn't announce changes ahead of release. However, the current notice is just a recommendation, not a requirement. There are several bugs/issues noted in Monterey that were resolved with Ventura. Not that Ventura is 100% stable either but it did resolve some save and print issues specifically.

I'm running Ventura at home on my M1 but sticking with Monterey for the time being on my Intel machines. I've never seen a warning popup on first run for a supported OS. The typo needs to be cleaned up regardless.
