PS allows me to choose tools but does't not work at alll

I am using Win 10 and  the latest 2023 PS. Unfortunately, my PS doesn't work every few minutes. No matter if I click with mouse or use my wacom pen, only the cursor is showen. I uninstalled PS and installed again even  installed previous PS version. I also installed on  my husband's Win 11 PC  and it has same issue. I never have this problem before when I used my Mac.   Please help me.

Try manually resetting your Photoshop preferences

If that doesn't help, can you post your Photoshop system info, in Photoshop go to Help > System Info, hit the copy button and paste the entire thing into this thread
