ps crash when trying to print

Help!!!! i have been having this issue for a long time now and I am ready to cancel my  photoshop membership if it does not get resolved soon. Every time I attempt to print from photoshop my program crashes. Printing from photoshop so I can keep my colors true to design is vital.

Try resetting the Print dialog by holding down the Spacebar as you choose File > Print. If that doesn't work, try the other steps here:

If resetting the print pref's don't work, try resetting all the preferences next.

Press and hold Alt+Control+Shift (Windows) or Option+Command+Shift (Mac OS) immediately after launching Photoshop. You will be prompted to delete the current settings. Better? 

You may also need to reinstall the print driver.
