PS flickering

i have monterrey 12.7.6 and PS 23.5.1, any advice? When I open a file it´s flickering. Any advice? Thanks for help!

@sara_5246 can you post your Photoshop system info, in Photoshop go to Help > System Info, hit the copy button and paste the entire thing into this thread
