I moved your post over from the poorly named "Using the Community" forum, which is for getting help using this forum system, to a better forum.

I hope this helps. Best of luck to you.

The Quadro K4200 was released in 2014,

According to Adobe "Unsupported graphics cards
If your graphics card is older than 4 years, GPU functionality in Photoshop may be limited or not supported."

https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/photoshop-cc-gpu-card-faq.html

You could try updating your GPU driver glgpu[0].GLDriverDate=20150722

Also try a preference reset

Well, size you've provided zero information about what version of PS, your OS, hardware, etc, and entered a 2+-year-old post, maybe you'll consider starting a NEW post with info IF indeed you want help from the volunteers here.
