PS opens with a file

Upon opening PS it opens the same file and it is reoccuring.  This file is not one that I have chosen and it is not in the list of recent files.  I don't know how to stop this from reoccurring.

It also shows these messages.  It's an 8 bit file.  Can someone give me instruction please?

I'm on a mac and it's PS via the creative cloud V. 22.4.3.

Is there anything in File > Scripts > Scripts Events Manager?

Do you have any 3rd party plug-ins or extensions?

Can you show your History panel? If it's not a Script, then it might be an action. Show that panel too.
