PS Plugin displays only partially in window.

OS: Windows 11   PS: 23.4.1

I installed a third party plugin and it installed fine.  But when trying to use it, The window/popup doesn't show all the info neeed to use the plugin.  Below is two pix of what it displays and what is supposed to look like.  I got with the vendor and claims that the version of PS  I am using is the problem.  But when I rolled back to 23.1, I got the same thing.  Any ideas would be helpful.
