W11 actualizado.

Agradezco cualquier sugerencia, gracias.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Hey, @Sergio30898536mg16. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. Thanks for sharing the steps you've already tried.

Has this started to happen since a recent update for Photoshop or Windows?

When the entire machine crashes, it is very rarely related to Photoshop and is pretty likely related to the overall hardware or BIOS. Do you monitor any other aspects of your machine, like temperatures, power supply, and GPU's mount?

Are the GPU and CPU set to work in their default states, or are they customized, i.e., overclocked or underclocked?

When the system crashes again, you'll find the failing logs in the Windows Event Viewer > check the tabs for System Logs & Application Logs & look for Error & Critical failures.

Let me know how it goes. Thanks!
