PS transposing NUMBERS.

Please help me fix this. PS is only doing this with numbers, specifically phone numbers. I have searched and tried everything I can. I have the current PS, updated. Thank you, in advance.

Check the various glyph substitution options in the character palette. Looks like PS is simply using the tabular numbers based on the settings. Also check your system's spell checker/ auto correction. This can also influence the formatting if it tries to correct a known number pattern.
