PS Vector mask changes dimensions when I move the image

Mac OS 11.6.1

I have multiple images that are using vector masks. When I move the image or change the canvas size, the mask changes size. It happens when the image and mask are linked or unlinked. This doesn't happen in PS 2019 or PS 2020. Anyone else have this issue?

Is this happening in both 2021 and 2022? What version of Photoshop exactly is giving you the problem?
