PS2022 shape lag

We need more information than a screen vid.

What OS, PS version, Available HD space, RAM, Graphics Card(s), VRAM, size/specs of the file, etc.

I hear no audio in your video. On your mac I see you seem to be hovering the eyedropper cursor over the recently used shape fill swatches colors and the  tool option bar  fill color seems to be flickering.  On my windows machine there is no flickering or color change till I click on a swatch.  I do not know if your clicking or not on your  mac you provided no information or sound.
