No idea what is wrong, or which prog is the problem... but sth. is goin wrong.

When i edit a photo in Photoshop via "Edit in PS"- i lightroom. I do my retouch - and save it as a psd on my NAS

In Lr the psd pops up and i can see and export it.

Then i do another photo and save it and so on.
Suddenly the first image gets the exclamation mark in Lightroom (the psd) and when i click on search the psd is gone on the expoloerers location. I did not save the new one with the same name, i did not delete anything ... it just "disappears"
What is the fault? anyone any idea`?

Working direct to a network drive is not supported in Photoshop. The recommendation is save to a local drive and then move/copy the file to the network drive.

See attached. You can get lucky working directly to a network but that workflow is not supported. Continue as you see fit but you risk file corruption.
