В Photoshop я работаю с файлами PDS (макет). В какой-то момент они перестали открываться. Всё. Изображение отсутствует. Скажите мне, что делать, в каком направлении и в каких настройках смотреть....
Do you see some error message when you try to open files? Can you provide some sample file to check on our end. Which version of Photoshop is in question?
PSD-файлы вчера открылись нормально. Файлы должны быть в порядке, я работаю с ними уже долгое время. Версия Photoshop 2021. Я новичок. Может быть, я нажал что-то не так.... Я попытался создать новый файл - пустой экран (области монтирования нет, вообще ничего нет).
So you have problem with application? Can you post some screenshot what you see when you start Photoshop? Perhaps you upgraded recently to newer version that have different system requirements and you can not meet them?
Everything seems ok. What is problem? When you click on thumbnail nothing opens? Perhaps you changed file location or disc with files is not connected? Can you open files using File > Open > navigate to file location and double click on it?
Update: Are you talking about two last files that are completely white? There are many things that can going on: maybe you saved them like that with layers hiden so only bgr is visible. If that is not the case then files may be corrupt as stated by @c.pfaffenbichler
Теперь открываются PSD-файлы без 3D-объектов. Но файлы с 3D-объектами в Photoshop не открываются. Файл загрузился, но изображения нет. И появилось сообщение о том, что мой photoshop не открывает 3D-объекты... К сожалению, я не сфотографировал это сообщение.
I am sorry but I would not be very optimistic at this point, if the files have been corrupted they might indeed be lost … there are applications that supposedly can salvage at least parts of damaged psd-files but I am not sure how well this would work out.
Can you provide an affected file?
Is there a possibilty that they might only be misnamed (»psd« instead of »psb« or »tif« for example)? Do you get some error message?
Is the filesize consistent with the original content or is it ridiculously small?
