Pshop 2022 won't open Mac Big Sur

Photoshop 2022 (in my Applications Folder) returns this message when I open.

"Some of the application components are missing from the Application directory. Please reinstall the application."

Please advise.

Use the CC application, do an uninstall, then ask it to install again. Better?

I don't understand. How do I uninstall from the CC ?

Open the CC (Creative Cloud) application click on the three dots shown below and select this:
