Quck recolouring

Hoping someone can help me,

I want to know the quickest way of recolouring the attached door other than adjusting the levels etc.

So I want the colour of the door to be C-13, M-10, Y-16, K-05. I want to retain the inner frame and edges and detail.

That's what the Color blending mode is for. Create a solid on top of the layer, color it accordingly.
