Je voudrais comprendre pourquoi la version du logiciel Photoshop n'est plus valide sur mon ordinateur?
Depuis plusieurs mois je dois payer mensuellement alors que j' avais acheté le pack Photoshop autour de 900€!
Par ailleurs j'ai essayé de me connecté en version payante à 23 € et cela ne fonctionne pas!
Je reste dans l'attente de votre accompagnement pour régler ce dysfonctionnement et m'éclairer sur le moyen de se faire rembourser les versions payantes, lorsque l'on est demandeur d'emploi...
Without any system info and possibly other technical details we can't really tell you much. If it worked before something must have changed. As a start consider reinstalling the program from your CC app.
Do you have the correct system requirements – which operating system version and you should have at least 16GB of RAM and plenty of spare disk capacity.
The Photography Plan which includes the latest version of Photoshop and Lightroom costs around $10 a month. How did you come to pay €900!
