Quick Selection tool not snapping to lines

So seemingly out of nowhere, the quick selection tool stopped automatically drawing toward wherever there's a line on my image. How do I change it to snap to lines again? Thanks

Ensure that you are on proper layer, layer with lines should be selected while using tool. Post screenshot with Layers panel and selection visible.
